Skeleton Shimmer Loader
A card drawn as grey blocks with a light sheen sweeping across them, the shape of the content before the content exists; when the data lands the blocks crossfade into the real avatar, title, lines and button in place, no layout shift. Replay reloads it.
The mechanic
Blocks carry a 200 %-wide gradient (fg at 8 % → 14 % → 8 %) animated from −100 % to 100 % over 1.4 s; a per-block delay offsets the sheen so it travels across the card diagonally. `.ready` on the card fades the skeleton layer out (0.3 s) while the content fades in (0.4 s, 0.1 s delay) in the same cells.
