Terms of Service

Tileio is operated by Md. Emtiaz Zahid, a sole proprietor trading as Ollfy. You can reach us at [email protected].

Tileio is a library of digital design layers: website templates, sections, pages, interface elements, vector packs, 3D scenes, animated backgrounds and shader gradients. Each layer is delivered online, in your browser, as code and as a written prompt for AI coding tools. Everything we sell is a digital product delivered instantly. We do not sell physical goods or human-delivered services such as design work or consulting.

• You sign in with an emailed link or with Google. Keep access to that email or Google account secure.
• An account is for one person. Do not share your account or your API keys.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

• Free: a set of free layers with their full prompts. No payment details needed.
• Pro: US$19 per month. A subscription billed monthly in advance that renews automatically every month until you cancel. It unlocks every prompt in the library and a commercial licence.
• Lifetime: US$89, paid once. It does not renew. It includes everything in Pro plus downloadable source files, for as long as Tileio operates.

Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live. If we change the price of Pro, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle’s buyer terms. Paddle collects your payment details, issues your invoice and charges any applicable tax; we never see or store your card details.

• Cancel any time from your account page (Manage billing), from the link in any Paddle receipt, or by emailing [email protected].
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for, then the account returns to Free.
• We do not delete your account or its data when you cancel. Projects you built and shipped while subscribed stay licensed (see section 8).
• Cancelling does not refund the current month on its own; if you want your money back, ask for a refund (section 7).

Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: the first Pro payment, any monthly renewal and the Lifetime purchase. Ask within 14 days of the payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Details are in the Refund Policy.

• Free layers may be used to try Tileio and in personal, non-commercial projects.
• With Pro or Lifetime you may use the code, structure and motion of any layer in unlimited commercial projects, for yourself or for clients, without attribution. Projects created while you had a paid plan stay licensed after it ends.
• You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the layers, prompts or source themselves, on their own or as part of a template, theme, UI kit or competing layer library.
• Photographs in the demos are placeholders from Unsplash under the Unsplash licence, and company names, people and figures in the demos are fictional. Replace them with your own content before you launch.

Do not:

• scrape, bulk-download or mirror the library, or get around the paywall, rate limits or API key checks;
• share, sell or publish your account access or API keys;
• use Tileio to break the law or anyone else’s rights.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused part of your payment.

We add, improve and occasionally retire layers. A retired layer stays licensed for projects you already built with it. Output from AI tools that read our prompts varies, so test the code they produce before you ship it.

Tileio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email account holders about any change that affects paid plans at least 30 days before it takes effect.
