A grid of feature cards whose borders light up where the pointer is: a soft accent glow travels along the edge nearest the hand and spills faintly into the card, and because every card listens to the same pointer the glow continues across the gaps between them.
Each card's `::before` has `padding: 1px`, a `radial-gradient(240px circle at var(--x) var(--y), accent, transparent 70%)` background, and a `mask: linear-gradient(#000 0 0) content-box, linear-gradient(#000 0 0)` with `mask-composite: exclude`, leaving only the ring. `::after` paints the same gradient at 10 % as the spill. One `pointermove` on the grid sets `--x/--y` on every card relative to its own box.
