A preloader that talks: 'Preparing', 'your', 'workspace', 'ready' flip through one at a time in a serif, each word rolling up out of the way as the next rolls in, with the last word holding before the panel clears. Replay restarts the sentence.
The words sit stacked in a 1.1em clip box; the stack's `transform: translateY(-index × 1.1em)` transitions over 0.5 s with `cubic-bezier(.76,0,.24,1)`, so each word decelerates into place. The timer is 700 ms per word, 1300 ms on the last. A thin accent underline grows with the index as a progress hint.
