Sliding Tab Bar Nav
A tab row whose highlight pill glides to the clicked tab, stretching while it travels and settling at the new width, with the text colour crossing over as the pill arrives. Arrow keys move between tabs; the pill follows resizes.
The mechanic
`left` transitions 0.35 s and `width` 0.25 s, both `cubic-bezier(.2,.8,.2,1)`; because the width settles first the pill appears to lead with its front edge. Tabs are `role="tab"` buttons; `aria-selected` drives the text colour with a 0.2 s transition. A `ResizeObserver` re-measures so the pill stays glued on font load and resize.
