A matte button with a diagonal sheen that sweeps across it every few seconds, the way light crosses brushed metal; hovering fires the sweep immediately and keeps it running faster while the pointer stays.
A `::after` holds a 130°-angled gradient (transparent, fg at 35 %, transparent) sized 60 % of the button and offset to −100 %. A keyframe moves it to +200 % over 1.1 s, then holds for the rest of a 5 s cycle so the idle sweep is occasional, not constant. Hover restarts the animation with a 1.6 s cycle through an `animation-duration` change, which browsers apply without resetting the phase.
From prompt to a block in your page.
The preview is the shipped element inside a neutral demo page. Hover, click, focus: the one interaction it is about is live.
Token sets re-tint it live. The prompt carries the one you chose.
A paste-in snippet, or a component for Next.js, React, Vue, Astro, WordPress, Shopify or Webflow.
It quotes the markup, styles and script verbatim with the tokens and the rules that keep it self-contained.
It inherits your page's font and width; the tokens live on :root; several instances share one script.
